The view from the room.

The restaurant and grounds staff were fantastic. The views are beautiful. Breakfast was really good.

When we arrived they only have one of our two rooms available. They said that one had been damaged the night before but it was evident that they had overbooked for a wedding. Our kids had to sleep on the concrete floor for the night. They never refunded us for the room even though they told me multiple times they would take care of it. Super disappointing. Lots of my friends are traveling to El Salvador and I'm pointing them elsewhere - too much of a headache.

Location and views stunning. La Pampa restaurant excellent. Staff very helpful especially Fernando who cheerfully helped us change rooms.

Rooms could use upgrade but price is good value as is.

Although the staff was really friendly, I found the room could have been cleaned better and the food was was also lackluster.

They didn’t have the equipment that they advertised for entertainment like paddle boards or double kayaks. There was no receptionist at the front desk when we needed help to check out or to inquire about the rentals.

The location is wonderful. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable. The food was good

The shower was slippery like someone did not rinse the floor. The water pressure was very poor. The housekeeping slammed the doors and spoke loudly with no care for the guests sleeping. Is not clear which hotel you booked at since they are 3. If you came to the wrong location, you're on your own. Not real attention to details
