Amazing location and great facilities. There’s a lot of activities offered on the lake, and the views are just stunning.

The food could really be improved.

Location was great! The view was great! The beds and the pillows were super comfy.

Only thing I didn’t like was that the food it’s way too expensive for what we got. It was cold (coffee, tea, food in general)

Beautiful location, nicely designed rooms with amazing views, service is great and staff is friendly. Would recommend.

Has some kinks they need to figure out but otherwise property is amazing. 1. The lakefront restaurant has a very limited menu - only meats, no salads or vegetarian options like Pasta etc. Couldn't go to the Las Pampa restaurant since it is scary with the steep slopes up to the main hotel and limited availability of the golf cart. 2. The showers in the bathroom are a bit weird - can lead to water overflow into the room/bathroom, 3. Really steep driveway - which was a bit scary. Golf cart service to the main hotel, and free at some times, but doesn't make sense that they charge a fee to get a shuttle even at dinner time like 9pm.

Lovely hotel with great views! Amazing pool and great food, staff was helpful if you needed anything and offered golf cart rides up to the restaurants at the other hotel location in the mountain. The room was comfortable with a cool open concept shower. Easy to get to Juayua and Santa Ana Volcano, both are less than an hour away. Uber is also available around the lake.

Location is exceptional with very nice views. Rooms are ok.

There was a Party in the room besides me, and no security/staff during the night to complain. It made the stay not great

Overall stay was wonderful. From cheking in to check out. All staff waa very nice and helpful. Food was delicious as well.
