Cardedeu Hotel Lago de Coatepeque

First off the VERY clean and accessible room with an outstanding view exceeded my expectations! The staff were very helpful and ensured all necessities were met. The Lake was gorgeous and super nice to swim and jetski and chill right on the beach having food and drink available most hours of the day! Food was very good and clean and accessibility to drinking water was good! A bit pricy for renting the jetski, but for the view around the lake, definitely worth it! I appreciated the option of having a full open window to get fresh air and listening to the peacefullness (haha, except in the morning when the busses come to pick folks up - which is okay!). But, the restaurants available just at that single location were all good for all parts of the day! And, only an hour or so from the city so a nice escape from the big city, should someone want that.

Not much I did not like! I usually like steak medium rare, but maybe I'd order a medium just to ensure its cooked thru. But the options for food and beverage were good, some more options for wine would've been great!

There was no hot water in our first room. We changed and still no hot water.. at the price we would have appreciated the hot water. Only downside
