The property is beautiful, modern and the staff is amazing.

Everything was great during my stay, I have nothing negative to say.

Beautiful location, spotless room, very spacious

Zero sound-proofing in the rooms, extremely limited dining options and amenities besides pools

The Location is fantastic. Wonderful views. The restaurant on the property is providing decent food.

The staff is not really dedicated. As the doors are quite thin, you can hear everything from there parking lot and the streets below. Therefore I think it’s unnecessary that their staff is coming and going right by the lobbywith loud motorcycles in the early mornings and late evenings.

Views are great

Some staff lacks basic hospitality training. If a place is overpriced the whole ideas is that I’m paying for “Service” which in this case doesn’t apply. Security guy was rude telling us there is not parking when there was plenty, and had to call reception to get it sorted out. (Reception was helpful). The restaurant service literally sucks(lakefront hotel) we got there about 11:10 AM for brunch there were 5 folks that looked to be enjoying their break and taking their sweet time we waited for 30 min for someone to take our order, and nobody showed up! we just left!!! Completely lack of respect and hospitality. Facilities are okay this is not a luxury hotel nor has a minimum hospitality training required for such a price!

The property offers stunning views! I loved the convenience of booking a jet ski right at the facility, and the short distance to their sister hotel was a nice perk. While I wish the food had been more authentic, overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay.

The property is on the pricier side, especially when it comes to their food and drinks.
