Nice tidy space which was great for our family. Was easy to heat and maintained the warmth over night too.

"Ok, but facilities were provided to a fairly low budget"

No glasses (other than wine glasses) Horrible toilet paper Very limited cooking equipment No instructions on how to get the oven to work No dish rack and inadequate tea towel (I suppose we were supposed to use the dishwasher.

"Comfy beds!"

Easy check in, arrived slightly early. Very accommodating. Comfortable beds, great having 2 bathrooms. Location is perfect if you're happy being out of town.

Only 2 hour parking spots available, we risked it, no ticket! No glasses in kitchen, only mugs, and no saucepan. Didn't bother us but worth being aware of.

"Quite comfortable stay for just one night. The very was neat and tidy. The bed was super comfy."

The smart lock on the front door. The property had two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which were in 2 different levels. The bed was super comfortable and there was a heated towel rack in the bathroom.

No TV or rubbish bin in the kitchen. The outside garbage bins were very full. In fact they were over-flowing.

Location was good, very close to the train station and the local shops and the property itself was modern. I thought I'd left a wallet behind and messaged the property who were quick to respond and even called and invited me back to have another check.

The listing stated there was a bath however there wasn't. One of the main requirements was a bath as my kid doesn't like the shower. Granted the photos didn't show a bath but I trusted the description. It could also do with a good clean particularly the bathroom and kitchen. Both the shower and toilet were in need of a scrub and the surfaces and oven in the kitchen were the same.
