location and size of the apartment. Kitchen facilities and TV all good, all keys are working and good parking facilities and security The receptionist was friendly and helpful

Very old apartment, some water tap not working, switch for shower not working - you have to knock the switch and switch off while shower Curtain are dirty and dusty need to be cleaned regularly or change to blind Need to limit renovation from 10 am to 5 pm - renovation rubbish need to be inside roro need to upgrade the landscape and repair clogging drain for rainy season
