The stuff try their best to help to fix the aircon and other stuff... Plus the TV is nice to watch in the living room if your sleeping there... They have youtube.

First impression, There's a dead cockroach near the sink, the aircon in room is not working.

Safe place to park where there's a security. The staff are nice and helpful.

No lift to 3rd floor - tough for some guests especially for pregnant mother and the place need a renovation so the traveler feels comfortable to stay
