Location, Location, Location

The included breakfast was not that impressive.

Very clean, close to the historical center. Very close to a nice Market and coffee shops. A variety good restaurants are near by. Good price, breakfast items and cooking items where greatly appreciated.

No place to sit outside. A small shaded terrace would be nice.

Excellent location, air conditioning, cute decor, stocked with snacks and breakfast.

Everything was amazing. From communication with the host to little details in the apartment. Airbnb was ready for us - we had water and even littlw welcoming snacks. Apartment is very well located and you can walk everywhere. There is even a little market nearby. Host even helped us booking a taxi last day

Our 3-week stay was just great. They took care of the most minor details, as their cute and cozy "cottage" was not only the most inviting and clean but stocked up with all necessities (drinking water, milk, coffee, sugar, breakfast cereals, croissants, and plenty more) beyond imaginable. The kitchen has everything for short and long stays, a bathroom full of basic yet necessary cosmetics, and a bedroom has plenty of storage room. The bed is super comfortable, the place is quiet during the night, and tranquil during the day as there is no direct car traffic outside. All was just perfect! Thank you, both for having us. Oaxaca has a special place for us now, but with our host's hospitality, our stay was beyond fabulous.

Great location very close to the center and next door to a market. The apartment is well taken care of and equipped with everything we needed.

The ventilation is not great, but the AC and the additional fan helped. Absolutely nothing else to compain about.

Great quiet locaction. Very comfortable apartment for max 2 people. The apartment has all you need for a pleasant stay. It can get pretty warm in the hous, but luckily it has an aircon! For breakfast I would recommend Pan con Madre (50m) or Cafebre (300m). Also the market Sanchez Pascucas next door is great for lunch.

It was not possible to pay by card (as was mentioned). Also the breakfast is just a few pre-packed things. My advice would be either include a fresh breakfast which is worth mentioning OR just dont offer/mention the breakfast.

Everything was great but the payment procedure was too pushy.

The property is well located and has its charm. Although there were some issues with communication at first and you never get to meet the house owners (which are hesitant to even answer the phone), the communication ended up being good and most problems were sorted out. They provided a cleaner and replied quickly to messages.

The booking said breakfast was included but in fact we only got a box of Kellogg’s cereal, milk, water and bottled juice. The property is quite hot during the day and coldish at night.
