Garden Oasis Apartment with Patio

1. we stayed 9 days in this apartment. We have two adults and two kids under age 5, so we picked this place especially for the big space and a nice yard for the kids to play and be in the sun. My kids really enjoyed it and had a lots of fun. the yard is special bcuz there is a lemon tree and orange tree with a sink that is convenient to wash off after the kids play. sometimes the lemon fell off and we could enjoy a bit of lemon water :) 2. the neighborhood is not the best but the location is good to reach anywhere with taxi, which is affordable price and easier with kids in the summer time, or even walkable distance to the metro. but the place is at upper side of the town, so from Rossio or Martim Moniz station is lots of stairs going up and up. 3. the place has two bedrooms and a living room which include air conditioning, perfect to hide from after a day trip in the sun. 4. customer service is great and very helpful. also fast in response :)

1. the neighborhood is not the best, especially if you are coming from Martim Moniz metro station, and especially in the evening. some days we have strangers really peaking inside our windows from the street... 2. the place has one bathroom and one smaller toilette. the bathroom does not smell good sometimes, and the small one toilette just smells awful that we barely use it during our stay. maybe it is the pipe not sure. 3. the place has two bedrooms, one bedroom's A/C has really weird smell, so towards the end we decided to have the doors open for ventilation instead of the AC

Het appartement is, zoals de naam al zegt, een oase van rust in het bruisende Lissabon. Een prachtig doorzonappartement met een mooie buitenruimte. Ook het gastentoilet (naast de badkamer met een ander toilet) is altijd leuk als je met z'n vieren bent en twee jonge kinderen mee hebt. Goede vakantiewoning!

Aangezien het een oud gebouw is, is het appartement zeer gehorig. Als er boven iemand rondloopt, heb je dat gehoord. Maar nog problematischer: ze zitten hier met een fors vochtprobleem. De geur valt best mee, maar er is zwarte schimmel in de badkamer en sommige deuren kunnen niet meer dicht omdat ze opgezwollen zijn van het vocht. Daar moet écht iets aan gebeuren.

The apartment is very nice, clean, with two bathrooms, well located

Leaving just one tablet for a dishwasher and one for a washing machine for three days stay I find a bit too little. There is a nespresso machine but not even a single capsule, so if you arrive late, you cannot have a coffee in the morning. While there is a washing machine, there is nothing to get the clothes dry. These are details but an improvement would bring a higher score.

L'appartement est spacieux, le jardin très agréable

Notre vol arrivait à 8h le matin j' ai contacté l'agence la veille au soir pour savoir si on pouvait avoir l'appartement plus tôt et elle était incapable de me dire oui ou non, elle m'a dit de la contacter le matin même, à 10h, ouverture de l' agence. Ils nous a fallu attendre jusqu'à 11h pour nous entendre dire que l'appartement est disponible ! Je pense que la veille au soir elle savait si l'appartement était occupé ou pas ! Je suis très déçu par le service. Ensuite une très mauvaise odeur dans l'appartement, le jardin n' est pas entretenu donc pas possible de profiter du salon de jardin, c'était sale. Il n' y a pas grand chose en terme de plat, même pas un saladier pour se faire une salade, et oui on a pas toujours envie de manger à l' extérieur !
