Tracey was an exceptionally welcoming and friendly host, and tremendous generosity and kindness was shown. Amazing facilities, wifi, coffee machine, aircon, comfortable bed, Apple TV box with Netflix, Warm water and a safe and warm environment.

Not applicable. All was perfect. Nothing that I did not like.
