"3 tolle Tage am Lago die Garda"

Luca, der Vermieter, war sehr aufmerksam und kümmerte sich sofort um alles und wrkundigte sich täglich ob alles OK ist.. Das Apartement ist ist sehr großräumig, 3 getrennte Schlafzimmer, großes Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zur Terrasse, Küche mit Esstisch für 6 Personen. Allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage ist hervorragend, in 3 min. ist man an der Promenade. Kleiner Supermarkt und Gemüse/Obst Laden in unmittelbarer Nähe. Fahrradverleih direkt nebenan. Garagenstellplatz auf Wunsch vorhanden. Alles in allem ein schöne Wohnung mit Abzügen in der B-Note.

Küchenausstattung, Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser, Schneidbretter usw. Leider nicht mehr komplett und ausreichend für die Größe der Wohnung vorhanden. Dusche (Badewanne) schon ziemlich alt, sollte mal gegen eine zeitgemäße Dusche ersetzt werden. Fenster und Balkontüren alt und nur einfachverglast, darum ist auch der Verkehrslärm ziemlich stark zu hören. Insgesamt Preis/Leistung etwas zu hoch.

Bardzo przyjemny apartament wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba. Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko do jeziora, w pobliżu sklep i dobre restauracje. Kontakt z właścicielem byl bardzo dobry.
