Świetna lokalizacja,bardzo blisko centrum,kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry i możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania,parking podziemny bezpieczny z bardzo stromym podjazdem i za dodatkową opłatą 10 euro doba.Auto z niskim podwoziem tam nie wjedzie.

Mieszkanie wymaga gruntownego sprzątania,wszędzie był kurz,pościel pognieciona bardzo brzydko zapach w kuchni .W łazience,słabe ciśnienie wody w prysznicu,zardzewiała pralka.Uwaga toaleta się zapycha Brak płynu do naczyń i nowej gombki w kuchni,brudna kuchenka mikrofalowa.Łożka niewygodne stare,a pod materacem płyta wiórowa .Meble wypoczynkowe wymagają czyszczenia.Duzu taras trochę zaniedbany.

- Tolle Lage - sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter - alles war in der Wohnung vorhanden was man braucht

- in die Jahre gekommen, sonst hat alles gepaßt
