Had the possibility of being nice

The location wasn't bad,but the room was so dirty. Floors looked unsweeped/mopped. Random useless furniture crowing room. Dirty/stained sheets and towels. Front desk women was tweaking,on her phone while I'm trying to check in. I think it has the potential tk be a nice place but needs alot of love. The guy we saw at check iut was extremely nice!(we got there extremely late,it was a last minute booking)
