The older gentleman was rude. I work nights and he was just mean whenever I asked a question. My mom booked the room to help me out and when she called to verify things he yelled at her and hung up on her. The younger guy Raj was much nicer when my mom booked the 1st week for me.

The room was infested with cockroaches. The air condition had not been serviced. It did not cool properly. There were problems in the bathroom with the plumbing. The man at the front desk, whether he’s the owner or an employee, I am not quite clear was rude and dismissive. He also retained my $50 refundable deposit for absolutely no reason at all there was absolutely no damage or no mess when I checked out. This is a terrible Hotel/motel that gives Booking.com. A really bad name. I wanted to extend my stay because it was the only place I could afford to stay. I contacted Booking.com and they said they needed authorization from the owner via email. I called the owner and ask him to authorize the email so I could extend my stay. He was abstinent and argumentative.He would not check for the email acted like I had no idea what I was talking about and he made it adamantly clear the only way to extend my stay would be to pay him in cash. Upon checkout, he refused to refund my $50 deposit for no reason whatsoever he claimed he was an employee not the owner and he was not returning my $50.

We didn't stay there becouse we look for three rooms and all was smeling bed and dirty
