L'emplacement et le parking qui est vraiment petit (2voitures pour une dizaine d'appartement) et j'avais réservé une chambre triple hors j'ai eu une double.

Good location, clean and comfortable. The host family are very nice and accommodating. Allowed us to leave our large bags whilst we took the sunrise camping on the volcano.

One staff member was kind to us after the owner was very rude.

The window of the room was broken - an entire pane was missing from the window. We asked the owner if there was another room we could move to. She said we could pay more for another room, which we were not willing to do. We asked if it could be temporarily prepared and she said no, was very rude and tried to force our money back into our hands and said we could leave. We asked for cardboard which could be placed over the missing pane and she gave us a box for us to do ourselves. The room was directly next to the staff area and was noisier than other rooms, which made the broken window situation worse. The room and bathroom was filled with various insects and spiders/webs and there were many stains on the walls. The location is at the entrance of a very noisy market. I would not recommend this hostel!

Solo la ubicacion, aunque no es muy agradable la zona

Muy solo, se siente inseguro, los servicios del hotel son minimos, las calles para llegar al hotel son solas, oscuras y poca informacion. Lo pensaria nuevamente para regresar a ese sitio

La dame ne trouvait pas ma réservation. J'ai pris une chambre. Très belle et propre. Frigo disponible.
