I liked the extra safty the place came with.

I didn’t like that I was not able to chamge my reservations date’s in the app and i was told by the property manager I will be able to. i had the stay some extra days do to work, and I had to pay the same price each day. I had to pay a cleaning fee for all 4 days i was there which I thought was ridiculous if Im the same person thats im the apartment. And the property management would not help, but I guess he wouldnt because thats more money for him. That means the cleaning cure was paid $220 dollars to clean only one day. But I was charged a cleanimg fee for 4 days.

The property made us feel at home, we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves!!! A home away from home!

The host provided instructions that were not easy to follow. We're glad someone helped us

The building is not clean, the carpets on the halls are all stained and you can smell that many neighbors smoke pot. We saw the police was called in a couple of times

There were a lot of homeless around the building. The parking was full of them and we saw one person making poop in the parking lot. The cleanness were really bad they had not ready the apartment and the owner asked us to wait until his cleaners made the bed and did the dishes which was really bad experience because we were driving for 7 hrs and we just wanted to rest but the apartment was not ready . We had to make a new reservation in a hotel due to this situation. In the end the owner understood the situation and he made a refund without any complaints or something like that. Booking worked really quick to gives us the refund .

Everything was exactly as advertised, check in details were very specific resulting in a very simple process, and the hosts were very responsible and supportive.
