Luxe Skyrise Condo Downtown Jax

We liked that it is near to the Florida Theater. There is an elevated train 1 block away. The hosts brought us some creamer right away and there were snacks and candy on the bed! The room looks just like the pictures. It is a 1 bedroom apt. The TV is huge and the bath was very clean. We will stay with them again for the next concert.

They should tell you the fob on the keys opens the door.

Lack of parking sometimes.

I absolutely LOVED this property! Hosts were super helpful and responded quick! If I return to Florida this will be where I stay! Beautiful view also!

Everything was comfortable and clean

It was really cozy and had everything we needed. Location was perfect!

Parking was expensive in the parking garage, we learned after one night to just drive around till you found a spot on the street for overnight. Obviously not property owners issue.

Theoretically nicely designed and in the center of the city.

It wasn't well cleaned and didn't feel nice. The building including the elevators smelled of weed and there were active druggies coming in and out of the building. For being the middle of the city seemed sketchy. Windows were old and hard to open to get some fresh air in the room since it didn't smell clean when we walked in.
