Luxe Skyrise Condo Downtown Jax

I loved the fast approval as my booking was last minute. Quick information on accessing the building and parking. The condo was very clean, and the view of the city was a plus! All the appliances worked, and the decor was sophisticated. The host provided a notebook with good information, towels and wash clothes, and a few snacks and water. Anytime we come to Jacksonville, I will be choosing this cozy place.

The only thing I would say was a con was the smell when you got off the elevator in the hallway. The apartment smelled wonderful as soon as you opened the door, though.

Literally everything else, flats are used for drugs, apartment was filthy and broken

The actual apartment was clean and comfortable. Very nice and cozy. Absolutely no complaints about the actual apartment.

Elevators were sketchy they worked sporadically. Also not an actual parking area for the apartment complex. There is a big parking lot behind it a small one beside it and neither one are for complex. Parking garages were closed when we went and construction was going on so limited street parking which you have to pay for.

Clean

This was such a nice and convenient property. The price was great, considerably cheaper than hotels in the same area and it was very spacious. I loved having a separate living room and bed room, and I appreciate that the hosts were so thoughtful when it came to all of the amenities.
