Luxe Skyrise Condo Downtown Jax

I liked the modern decor in the condo and the security to enter the building. The bed was very comfortable!

There were no hand towels in the bathroom and not enough paper towels. Had to unplug the TV in the bedroom because we couldn't figure out how to turn it off. Fridge was too small.

The bed was good

Location, parking, size.

I liked that the bed was extremely comfortable and the sofa was comfortable.

I don’t like the location, it was luxury, had dirt on the ceiling in both rooms, no smoking signs everywhere and I saw a roach last night.

Property was clean and accommodating

No problems at all. Everything was great

Roaches it wasn't just a palmetto bug it was a bunch of tiny ones in bathroom at 1st I didn't see them but once it got hotter they where everywhere this being after my 1st couple nights since I stayed out late & passed out immediately. BUT Then bigger ones ALL in the kitchen. I don't know why I called the owner he advised me that in ac closet is spray & someone must have brought them almost accusations like it was me but why have told me about bug spray?? Theb the thermostat it had to keep ac below 72 or wake up in 90 degrees sweaty. Lucky I had a fan & 1 window opened but no screen so yup more bugs!! I was going to rent a week longer which I can show you in text message from I decided against because of this insanity. And because I decided not to rent the additional week the owner started threatening me with extra charges for smoking and dirtiness and whatever else I don't smoke and I even loaded the dishwasher what is this crazy person talking about!! I've rented a hundred times on booking.com and Airbnb and I've never left a bad review this will be the first! I personally can't sleep with bugs or breath under 76 or above 80 my lungs are bad.

The owner's attitude the accusations the roaches and the heat doesn't that say enough

It was very clean and felt like home.

There was no security or personal down stairs. And the area looked questionable. But we didn’t have any issues at all.
