the house was large and spacious very clean and exceptionally well stocked with utensils and provisions. really amazing everything thought of for us

it was a shame that the garden wasn’t secured with a gate and fencing where appropriate. I think anyone with small children or a dog would really benefit from that.

The house was beautiful with cool art but also felt homely. The whole group loved the style & it was spacious enough for 8 adults + 2 dogs. Great kitchen facilities & lovely owners who helped us efficiently when trying to find something! About a 10 minute drive to the beachfront & city centre. I would definitely return & recommend for anyone needing a beach holiday!

The beds were a bit hard though didn’t keep anyone from sleeping. I did trip over and twist my ankle when going round the side from the front of the house into the back garden as there was a stone missing out of the path so just be extra careful when you’re walking around there/don’t be as clumsy as me! Also just be aware that there’s only one shower so coordination will be needed! :)

The quietness of the house and surrounding area, the enclosed outdoor area. We had a really lovely time but there were some bits we feel we should mention below.

Everybody said the beds were really hard. The rear garden isn't really safe for families with children. Front garden area only. It would be helpful if there were some gates or fenced off area separating front from rear garden as safer space for kids/dogs. The bedroom on ground floor was much colder than other rooms.

Beautiful house in a great location !!

This very old property is full of character with lots of space. It's in a quiet location and ideal for large families or groups of friends.

This is a beautiful, quirky old house and the doors have expanded with the recent wet weather so some doors required a lot of force to open/close them. No doubt they're better in the summer but for us, trying to move quietly so as not to disturb the 2 year old, was tricky.
