Food was great and the staff were very polite and helpful

Too expensive and the WIFI was always down which was a huge problem.

The property is located amidst mountains and offers a spectacular view from the private balcony and the dining room. The staff of the property are helpful and cordial. Further the food options for breakfast lunch and dinner are good and the taste is also good. Overall a nice property to stay if one prefers to be surrounded by nature. Important landmarks or sightseeing points are within a distance of 40-45 mins and the reception arranges for cabs.

While it is located in a place which offers good views, the price of the room was a bit on the higher side. The room size was decent and while the property is advertised as a resort, it's more of a hotel with limited space.

Absolutely nothing. Everything about this property was great

Breakfast was just right! Also, the dosa was really good and tasty. The location is just perfect. It is away from the population, closer and yet close enough. Also the tea garden nearby was mesmerizing.

Nothing I can think of. It was a bit overpriced.

Great views and comfortable room. Staff was very courteous and helpful and very extra considerate as I was travelling with a senior citizen and made sure all care was taken

At times, there was some noise as we were near the entrance and reception, but manageable
