It was a wonderful experience. A very nice and peaceful place. The staff were very polite, always helpful. A special thanks to Mr Vinod who assisted us throughout our stay and Mr Valaye who always see to it that we get everything we need for breakfast and dinner.

The staff the service and the location is exceptional! Each one is so wonderful and the food is amazing too!! The staff is ever so caring and helpful and the location is perfect Loved it!!

Overall we had a fine stay. The room is nice but rather small, with a very pretty view. Room was clean. Personnel generally helpful and accomodative (eg in arranging cab). Food was good.

The hotel is hard to access through a rocky uphill road and the road it is connected to lacks a clear sign for the hotel. The electric grid sometimes went offline and warm water of the shower was limited. We couldn’t make use of the laundry service, personnel said due to the bad weather (I guess because the laundry couldn’t dry outside?). I would recommend the hotel to purchase a clothing dryer if not yet the case. A heater and blow dryer were available upon request. No bath robes provided as indicated on Booking site. I personally found the mattress very hard (but personal preference). Main issue is we had a room right next to the reception and it was quite noisy. A lot of loud noise coming from personnel talking there, taking phone calls etc. Would recommend personnel to close door from room to reception at all times and reduce noise from talking. As there a very little rooms, they are all right next to either reception or dining room. Not super peaceful in that sense. Would also recommend to provide more toilet paper.
