Nothing to dislike

The pictures truly reflect the scenic view that you get from the resort. The staff is very friendly and it felt just like home. The chef is amazing with home-cooked delicious food. The rooms are quite comfy, and the amenities are as suggested. Overall, we had an amazing experience, fully relaxed. Flora, one of the members on the staff team, was super helpful in arranging day trips for us and making sure we were comfortable.

The game room can definitely get an upgrade and some noise insulation would be nice for the rooms directly under the kitchen as it can get a bit noisy during meal times.

Wonderful position! Staff always helpful with information and requests. Comfortable room with nice private-ish balcony. Modern, pleasant décor and design throughout, kept very clean and tidy.

Breakfast selection limited - juices, cornflakes and eggs, toast and jam. Room fridge ineffective… Not really hotel’s fault, but a neighbouring room’s immersion heater burst a pipe (twice!) on our terrace as we were about to chill there, but took some time to fix it, with people going to and fro… not ideal relaxation!! Hotel’s big apologies and a nights credit were adequate compensation.

Great Location. View from the room was excellent. Short walk to the tea gardens and lovely view point. Great food, though lesser options for breakfast buffet. The property manager and people within the property were very helpful. But not trained hospitality professionals as you would expect for the price.

Road to the property was horrendous. Short drive from the main road but very painful. Given the steep drive, roads need immediate fixing. Had to pre order food. No bar arrangement. Hot water ran out quite often.

The quality of decor and service was very good and compared to 4-Star hotels for a very reasonable price. The manager at the reception Mr. Thyagu was very helpful and the rest of the staff were also courteous. The view from the restaurant and the room is excellent. The food was very good. The breakfast spread was decent and suited our requirements. We had asked for some customization in breakfast and it was done. It is a small place with a total of 8 rooms, so you get the required attention and with resort-like quality.
