"Best place to stay in Cunoor"

Location and hospitality Manager Mr Thiagarajan was a Gem He ensured we maxed every bit of our stay not just in his property but in Cunoor. Wonderful experience From suggesting sight seeing to quaint cafés and restaurants.. arranging special set up for our group at his resort he made our stay delightful .. Location is so pretty it made us feel we are living in clouds

We enjoyed our stay at this resort. It’s a wonderful place with great staff and excellent customer service. I would like to mention Thiagarajan who ensured our stay was comfortable, great and took care of every little detail. The views from our room was breathtaking! Rooms were clean, comfortable bed, pillows and clean bathroom. We would rate 10 / 10 in all aspects. We would definitely come back and highly recommended resort if anyone coming to Coonoor/ooty for quiet and relaxing getaway!

"On the whole, stay was satisfactory."

Breakfast was ok… could have been a better spread. Location is way out and it’s not easy to keep going in and out to town.

Approach road needs to be better.

Excellent location. Great view from the bedroom balcony. Very friendly staff. Good food, warm and fresh

The booking and confirmation process. Booking.com did not mention about having to make 50% advance payment, but payment was demanded by Nature resorts and Spa before confirming the booking. Poor handling of booking process

"Overall the views made up for any shortfalls and the Manager was excellent."

Views were stunning. Centrally located for both Ooty and Coonoor.

No alcohol but can bring in. Breakfast was poor.

"Beautiful views and a tranquil stay"

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Coonoors Nature. A warm and lovely team of staff, thanks guys. Big thanks to Thiagu for arranging our trip in Coonoor and Ooty, we did not have to do a thing- he arranged a tour guide and driver for us. Food and room service was great.

In the evening can be cool, a heater in the room would be nice
