Poor service "I was disappointed with the service during my stay. The listing on Booking.com indicated that a campfire and BBQ facilities were available, but they were not provided. This was misleading and affected my overall experience."

Loved this place! Amazing views, both from the room balcony and from the restaurant. Room was very clean. Service was prompt and everyone were so helpful and friendly. The food was very good too. We loved the complimentary breakfast!

The View is supreme, Staffs are cordial, If you r looking for a quiet getaway you r at the right place. Clean and tidy.

Wifi network which is connected to the TV aswell is not consistent.

- kalte Dusche, trotz sehr langem Warten - die auf Booking angezeigte Location entspricht nicht dem eigentlichen Standort, sehr weit entfernt von Conoor und Restaurants/ Geschäften etc. Außerdem für indische Verhältnisse sehr teure Taxen/ Fahrten - aus europäischer Sicht zu viele Anrufe vom Personal

Great view from the balcony and comfy bed. Staff were helpful and attentive. There was a good selection at breakfast. We also ate in the restaurant which has a great view of the surrounding mountains and villages.

The room was a bit tired and needs updating. There wasn't enough hot water for two people to shower.
