Our stay was nothing short of perfect. The location is awesome, offering a wonderful sense of tranquility. This charming, homestay-like hotel is exceptionally well-maintained, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful throughout our visit. A special mention goes to the manager, who was a truly jolly person, always greeting us with a warm smile. We had requested Jain breakfast, and we were delighted that our request was not only attended to but also served exactly as we wanted. It's worth noting that the hotel is situated in an isolated place, and the approach road is a bit curvy, so keep that in mind when planning your travel.

We recently stayed at this property nestled in a secluded location, and while the journey to reach it was a bit challenging, the experience ultimately proved to be very rewarding. Highlights: • Stunning Views: The rooms and the restaurant offer spectacular views that make the uphill journey worthwhile. • Exceptional Staff: The staff is incredibly polite, attentive, and focused on guest comfort. Although we faced a few issues on our first day, the property managers promptly addressed them, turning our stay into a wonderful and relaxing experience. • Elegant Setup: From furnishings to fixtures, everything used in the resort is upscale and tastefully chosen.

Areas for Improvement: • Signage and Lighting: The property is difficult to locate from the main road due to a lack of signage and lighting. A well-lit signboard at the base of the hill would greatly help. • Driver Amenities: Proper arrangements should be made for drivers, including accommodation, clean washrooms, and food. They often represent your property silently and their well-being matters. • Luggage Stand: While the room is well-furnished and aesthetically pleasing, there is no designated place to keep and open suitcases. For short stays of one or two days, guests typically don't unpack fully into cupboards. Providing luggage stands would greatly improve convenience. Visitors Expectation Management: • This is more of a bed-and-breakfast-style retreat, not a full-fledged resort. • Rooms are compact, but well-furnished. • The approach road is steep and currently under maintenance, requiring skilled driving. Guests can contact the staff for assistance when they reach the base of the hill. • The location is isolated, with limited activities on-site and a fair distance from town. It’s perfect if your goal is to simply unwind and enjoy nature. Final Thoughts: If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with stunning views and warm hospitality, this place is perfect. Just be prepared for a bit of an adventure getting there and come with the mindset to relax and disconnect.
