"The facility is beautiful and the breakfast is excellent but the staff are not helpful"

The woman who checked me in was very kind. The room was nice. The breakfast was very good. It was quiet. It was very clean.

The air conditioner was too cold. The first night I called the desk around 11 pm because I couldn’t sleep because it was too cold. It was stuck at 64 degrees. The woman at the desk was very rude and argued with me. The issue was never solved. I went to Wilton Mall and purchased warm clothes to wear to sleep in. It’s very unprofessional to argue with guests. If they need help with the air conditioning someone should come to the room to change the setting for them.
