Luxury Air-conditioned Family Apartment Špitálska Old Town

Perfect location. Host was helpful but couldn’t speak English, but tried her best.

It was not clear at all. There was a beard hairs in every sink in both bathrooms.

Výborná lokalita vůči centru, velikost apartmánu, počet pokojů a koupelen je nadstandardní.

Kvalita ubytování neodpovídá fotografiím ani popisu. Nedoporučuji nazývat luxury. Nabytek byl velmi opotřebovaný, čistota podprůměrná. V bytě chybi společný prostor pro usazeni všech ubytovaných. Bez možnosti společného jidla pro vsechny. Sedeli jsme v jednom pokoji na postelích.

The place was more than spacious, it could probably sleep 10 people. Lots of bathrooms, everything that you need. The host let us use the washing machine and dryer - and was very nice and helpful in general. The kitchen had everything you need, pans, pots, utensils.

The kitchen was a bit awkward to eat - there was only a bar table, but we couldn't really all fit around there, for us it wasn't a very big deal, but might be if you stay longer. The parking was a bit tricky - you need to find a place on the street and pay for it, we got lucky and got the space.

Overall the apartment worked well for us as well located close to the center, has three bathrooms and 4 bedrooms with airco, so overall very spacious and suitable for a group of friends with not too high expectations (but also not too low)

Some parts of the apartment were a bit dusty and the place lacks a common area/living room/dining room where all friends can sit. Additionally, parts of it are a bit worn down (e.g. damaged walls, damaged carpets and some cable work in one bathroom), with a little bit of work here and there this place can easily be a 8.5
