Cottage in North Somerset

Good value for the area.

Heating slow to kick in.

Nice and cosy. Great secure location with ample parking. Plenty of privacy. Very clean and all the appliances you need for a few days stay! I also got some lovely fresh quail eggs which were super tasty.

The wood fire was broke so was unable to use this which made a difference with the heat. I was however warm enough with the wall heating and electric heater in any case and offered more heaters if I needed them.

Cozy, rustic, comfortable accommodation. Lovely space to be in, warm, everything we needed for our winter stay. Accommodation set outside main town, easy to drive to town and sea. Felt private and safe. Parking directly outside accommodation - plenty of space. Our hosts were helpful and friendly in instructions for our access to the property and our stay.

Property larger than expected. Nice lay out. Lovely bedding.Gardens would be lovely to sit in , in the summertime. A very friendly chatty hen made us welcome!😆 A pity only there for only one night,but would certainly like to return for longer if in the area. Quails eggs,a nice touch.

Nothing. Not easy to find in the dark,but straight forward enough in daylight,which was unfortunately short when we arrived.

Location was nice and quiet.

Wood burner not working. Even with the panel heaters on the walls and the extra electric heaters, it was still freezing in there! I had to sleep with my clothes on. If I was being ultra picky, the TV was too small to see clearly from the sofa. I should've stayed in a hotel for the same price.

Location was great as was attending a wedding locally. Communication was excellent with clear instructions on how to find the cottage.

The fire wasn't working, one of the reasons we had booked but appreciate it had only happened the day before and it was beyond the hosts control.
