"Don't recommend staying here - the rooms are worn down and stinky and staff doesn't care"

The bathroom was clean with proper hot water running. The bed sheets too. Nothing much more good about this place.

Everything! We booked this room with a hottub/jakuzzi in the room to have a good experience, relaxing last night in Peru. It looked good on the pictures and the staff reacted on whatsapp with a video of the room. Yet it was taken probably when the hotel was just built - as in reality - the room was very warn down. It stank in the room. There were problems with water for the jakuzzi that they said will fix in 20mins but haven't for >2hours. So even though we could use it at the end of the evening - the experience was ruined. The breakfast in the morning was poor and took ages for them to bring u. And the staff didn't care much. In the morning, when asked - I gave them polite feedback about our stay - and all their reaction was "ok". That's it - couldn't care less.
