Everything! The staff was nice and helpfull. You didn't really need to leave the place, everything you need was there. Restaurant,Bar, pool. They even have a section for events like Birthdays or any party you choose to have. I am definitely coming back and so is my girlfriend. I want to say to everyone in the Hotel Hacienda Lima Norte. Gracias! Gracias por una bella experiancia en mi primera visita al Perù! Que Dios me los bendiga a todos y los vere pronto!!!

The wifi.😔 would love to see it impoove. that is the only thing. if they add a way to hard wire in the room and have a strong connection I could have stood longer and work from there if need to.

The staff was always helpful and friendly.

We did not understand the breakfast they was provided and what was extrae beyond the hotel provided breakfast.

nice rooms, semi clean bathrooms.

poor attention, over charged me and not event Booking nor the manager did anything to solve my situation. unorganized way of treating a guest. They charged 60$ for the simpler room and they don’t even have elevators. sketchy area.
