Regent Docks-Free Parking

Kitchen was lush, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was very modern and room looked incredible. Great value for money.

Location was a little far but that’s not the properties fault

The bed was comfortable and there was a fridge.

Not ideal for 60-year-olds and over, getting upstairs to room with suitcases was hard, the shared kitchen was uninviting and dirty, washing machine way up on top floor, no iron. Very noisy at times through the night and mornings.

Did not , Looks great on picture but dirty inside dress under bed and outside awful needles rubbish when open window awful smell

They are quick to respond to my call and emails. It was clean and comfortable.

Overall look, kitchen.

Small bathrooms, not so obvious entrance doors (you can miss the right entrance to the building), clean level but we get extra cleaning after noticing the issue to the manager.

Parking was a great addition and the room was very nice, suited us perfectly

Location. I am not from this area and was not aware of the location. I guess it will be a development area after the new Everton stadium is completed. But there was no reference that we will be staying in front of construction dock and run down area. Plus someone was smoking below us and the smell came thru the shower and made it for a bad experience. Post pictures of the outside area in the post to make this an honest stay
