Decor in room as ok

The smell as awful. Especially in communal areas. Room door didn't shut properly. Area felt very unsafe.

The doors the front door had to be slammed just to close it needs repairing the room doors are very bad to get in I has to do the code at least 6 to 7 times just to get in WiFi is rubbish it says very fast but you keep losing connection

The room was very nice, gave us everything we needed. The communal kitchen space had everything we needed. Met the cleaning staff at one point and she was incredibly friendly. The location was somewhat convenient to the train station.

There was no iron which would have been nice. One of the 2 washing machines didn't work properly but there was no sign to let guest know. I only learnt it didn't work after using it and half my clothes hadn't been washed at all and the other half were drenched.

The place is presented as containing a kitchen on the profile. This is not the case there is a shared kitchen with five other flats so the kitchen is grubby. You are living in one room with a desk and no relax chair except the bed. If this was clear I would never book this. It is also in the middle of nowhere by the docks ok for me but car needed. Disappointing.

Comfortable, clean and soundproofing was excellant

Radiators need bleeding, as heat only came from bathroom radiator. Kettle would be good, as I only drink tea. Putting cups and spoons in the room would be a good idea especially seeing that our apartment was on top floor. Shower head wouldn't stay up on the pole, and pillows were very flat and thin.
