Nothing. It was absolutely unacceptable. What I saw on the Booking.com website was not what we saw in reality. We took pictures of the accommodation and left immediately we called the owner and informed him of our decision. He said that we must contact Booking.com for a refund. I went online the same evening and logged a complaint. Twice. I have then called your Support number and spoke to 2 different consultants. No resolution yet. To which email address can I send the pictures we took? If there is no resolution, I will take this to Hello Peter and post our experience on Facebook and other social media platforms
