Eish the facilities toilet,kitchen,shower is disgusting can't bealive what I saw considering the location of the bnb

I liked the owner of the property. The environment safe and private. I was able to park my car in a good space and it was safe

1. Dog feces near the room window made the entire room smell 2. Air conditioning was broken 3. Cockroaches within the rooms 4. Dampness in the unit

Bed and bathroom facilities were of good standard

Wi fi was not working and I had to buy my own GB

Self-catering unit - we provided our own breakfast. Location was ideal - close to Durban's King Shaka airport.

1. Key to premises were left in a space where rainwater had accumulated which affected the battery of the key to activate the motorised access gate. It resulted in a 30+ minute wait for the owner to arrive to attend to problem. 2. No top/flat sheet on beds. 3. All bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillows, throws) and towels did not look clean and neat (white towels had brown streaks). All of it looked like 'hands me downs'. 4. Bathroom mats looked same as bedlinen and towels. 5. No dishcloths in unit (we had to ask owner for some) and when it was delivered, it was dirty and not really dishcloths (needless to say, we did not use it). 6. Dish sponge in cupboard underneath the kitchen sink, was old and unhygienic (we did not touch it). 7. Shower caddy in shower was dirty and rusty, bathroom handbasin too small, no counter space in bathroom to place/hold guests' essential toiletries ... 8. Curtains in bedrooms need TLC 9. Crockery had stains and small chips 10. I recommend that the male owner get input from a female on how to beef up his place and to maintain it.
