Birmingham Amethyst 3bedroom Apartment City Centre

The apartment was clean and comfortable and spacious for the 4 of us. It was in a quiet location and just a 5 minute walk to the Utilia arena. The beds were comfy and we slept well after our Theatre visit. Excellant location with a Sainsbury Local nearby

The remote key entry system was over complicated, as was the booking process. Having to send ID Information is over excessive. The apartment was chilly so i put the radiator on in the bedroom however had to turn it off as it smelt strange. The duvet and blanket were too thin, i woke up a few times being cold. The kitchen cupboards were too high for me to reach the cups/glasses

Great location, key app actually very easy to use. And apartment clean .

The lounge doesn't have a window. More glasses needed.

Spacious bedrooms the 3rd one was alot smaller

The bed in the 3rd bedroom was broken meaning 1 of us had to sleep on the sofa and the other on a mattress on the floor. Ring camera inside the apartment whilst we were getting ready made us feel unfinished

Poor internet connection and no channels on tv so couldn’t watch anything.

Position was good for the arena. Communication with the owner good. Access was easy. Meter parking on the road directly opposite.

The WiFi didn’t work which affected us being able to watch the TV. No real lounge area where we could relax before we went to our show, sofa faced the fridge, a really strange layout. Was fine for a night but not suitable for any longer. Initially asked to provide ID for all the guests staying, which I found really strange and have never been asked for anything like this before and have booked many apartments. I explained that we were two women in our 50s and my 34 year old niece and this was waived. Hosts were very friendly but given I had left a security deposit aswell just all felt a bit overkill.
