Hospitality is poor and staff seems to be not upto the mark.

Very large hotel, a number of buildings, large pool, big selection of breakfast, good location. When I checked in, the room had strong smell from previous customer. As I have mentioned, they quickly changed my room.

I liked the modern look and feel of the room. However, the room as a semi-transparent glass between the bathroom and room. So, you can partly see what's happening in the bathroom. In the second room I stayed, the divider is just glass. You can clearly see inside. However, it has a window blind. So, for double occupancy, with friends or colleague it can be an issue. Rooms were too small than my expectation. Bellboys could be trained little more to communicate, and great with smile.

To begin with I selected the hotel because of its location at the junction of 3rd road, the proximity to Bali Hai Pier and Walking Street and all the Arabic and Indian restaurants in the neighbourhood. While the lobby is a little small for a hotel that is one of the largest in Pattaya, the swimming pool which flows from one end of the property to the other more than makes up for this. The staff at this hotel are always eager to please and I particularly liked the American breakfast for its spread and quality.

I think the lobby could have been bigger but then the receptionist's speed of check in and their attitude more than makes up for this. The parking is a little tight but then the security guard is eager to help you find a vacant slot for your vehicle.
