location is good, size of the room is good

the room is not clean, table on bed side full of dust. the bed is hard

"Adequate without the wow factor"

Room was adequate although the connecting doors were nor that great to utilise

Staff wanting to help. Stayed on 8th floor after climbing steps but had serious mobility issues. Staff offered to assist and then did nothing.

"nice place but met some ignorant people here"

good hotel with a great swimming pool. in a good location and rooms were very nice

everything was fine but we all noticed some of the other guests were extremely rude. they pushed in when we were being served on a few occasions. we had to eventually tell them it was not on. the staff should have dealt with this.

"Poor customer service - but location is good."

Location

1. Poor customer service - They had cancelled my reservation even after me having a confirmed booking and they charged it to my card. 2. I asked for a fresh towel - they completely ignored my request 3. None to help with the luggage at checkout.
