Lovely clean spacious caravan. Staff were quick to reply to messages, helpful and informative. The caravan was beautiful and my children absolutely loved the hot tub! Looks of lovely little personal touches with blankets and home comforts! Will definitely stay again! Great value for money!

trying to say my 9 year old litttle boy broken their single bed

my child is 9 and your trying to say hes broke a bed when leg was allready wobbly on it . so he slept on other single bed he was in their alone and whats need for him breaking a bed ? seriously do you make lies up about every body that goes in their to get more money out of them! this is ridiculous

Lovely surprise for my daughters 16th balloons and banners chocolates and prosecco. Very clean and warm hot tub ready to go on arrival can't wait to go back

Nothing. Outdoor heater would be nice though xx

We had a lovely stay in the caravan. It had a lovely homely feel as it was decorated more personally to the owners than just a basic caravan. The location was lovely too.

The jets on the hot tub could have been stronger but that's would be our only negative.

-Loved the hot tub, it was clean and got really hot which was lovely -We only used one bedroom but the double bed was really comfy with a mattress topper on -We booked a last minute break and the price was great -We enjoyed the resort, we didn't pay extra for the passes as we had our dog so wouldn't get much use out of them. But we enjoyed walking around the lakes -Host was lovely and friendly throughout -Lovely touch with the hot chocolate pouches -Check in and out was easy as we could come and go as we pleased (we arrived late and left early) -Nice touch with the PS4, books and games

-No toilet roll! I didn't bring any as it said it was included so we had to go without for the night before going to buy some the next day. Also the hand wash dispensers were empty, this was fine as we just used shower gel! -The fridge had hairs in and the cutlery and plates had old chunks of food stuck to them. This put us off using them so we mostly ate out -Some of the caravan looked a little worse for wear, the main bedroom light had no cover so the wires were exposed, bin lid was cracked and broken, stains on the blankets ect but for the price we paid we didn't mind. We would visit again :)

Home from home environment, beautifully furnished, everything provided, lovely and clean and gorgeous stay in general!

Could have done with a wire to charge the PlayStation controller for the tv but overall fabulous stay!
