Hot tub breaks Lancaster Cresent tattershall lakes

It was comfortable, hot tub was lovely.

The caravan was on the other side of the caravan park to the facilities and a very long walk, the wifi service was awful but i think the service all over site was not great. was told the hot tub would be ready to get in when arrived but when arrived was only on 30 degrees.

The hot tub was amazing within 5 minutes of being there the children were in it! Could do with a towel airer for the towels to dry after using the hot tub. The jets, the bubbles the outdoors warm feeling was just so relaxing The decking was nearly the length of the caravan with chairs and benches a small grassed area to the side. 3 bedrooms all beds were made with fresh bedding. Bottle of Prosecco for the adults and chocolates for the children. Had toilet rolls, soap, washing up liquid and cleaning products, bin liners, kitchen roll, tea, coffee and sugar. Enough parking for 2 cars. And the children played on their scooters on the front, other users of tattershall are considerate of children and dogs around. We had 2 Shih tzus with us that enjoyed the decking and the walks. Shower separate from the toilet. Lots of blankets for when the door was open or when sat on the decking and was a bit chilly. Outdoor lighting and hot tub lights. The fishing lake was 2 caravans to the back and could see people fishing. Was about a 10 minute walk from the main facilities. Chip shop with average priced food. A show at 7.30pm that was £5 to get in but got the money back off drinks. Only saw a handful of aeroplanes at tea time, there are very loud but you can see them in detail we were all amazed at them. Had a lovely homely feel. Loved the dog bowls under the sink too.

Not as big as other caravans we have stayed in but was perfect for what we needed. Could do with a better toilet brush. Shower room with sink was small, was fine with everyone apart from my mum as she suffers with asthma and COPD. Like I say was only her who struggled with it. Just thought a mention for others who have lung conditions. On our first morning the hot tub was emptied and took a while to fill and heat up, the children were a little disappointed and kept checking to see when it filled. We didn’t have to do anything to it only wait till it was warm enough to get it. On the whole I would definitely book this property again.

Just had a 2 night break... lovely little caravan near the lake, about 15 minute walk through the site to facilities...owners are great, so helpful with any questions pre stay .... you have to buy day passes to use facilities like the pool, restaurants and bars but there is a shop on site you can use or a co-op, fish and chip shop, dominoes 10 min drive

The site wanted £150 for a pass to use the facilites. We thought this was a bit steep for just 2 of us, but the caravan sleeps 8, so splitting that many ways we'd probably have purchased it. This is the sites charge though not the owners

Lovely 2 night stay. Hot tub was perfect, bed so comfy. Caravan clean and tidy. Bottle of prosecco is a nice touch.

The caravan was super clean and host very helpful. It was really easy to find as the caravan itself is listed on Google Maps. The welcome gift was a really thoughtful touch. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again.

Not negatives, just a couple of things to be aware of when booking - passes not included for the site facilities and you need to take your own towels. I didn't realise this when booking but it wasn't a problem for us anyway.

Would've been nice to have more cleaning products like kitchen spray and hoover
