Byt byl prostorný, perfektně vybavený a v dobré lokalitě. Pan José byl stále k dispozici.

We spent a dream week in Madeira and our accommodation in Funchal contributed greatly to that. Located in a great area (close to a shopping mall, restaurants, cafes), with its own parking, Jose's apartment gave us the feeling that we were "at home". Very spacious (3 large bedrooms, 2 generous bathrooms, 1 living room, a large kitchen, balcony), extremely clean, with an excellent 'fresh' smell and very well equipped! We really didn't miss anything. The apartment is equipped with dishwasher and washing machine... We were impressed by the attention to detail, the flowers that cheerfully decorated the rooms. The apartment has a parking place in the garage bellow the apartment building. Jose proved to be a good and attentive host and we had excellent communication. He also runs a coffee shop on the ground floor of the building, so an excellent spot to start the mornings! It is a location worth recommending! We will definitely come back!

Clean, spacious apartment with a large balcony and well designed with the bedrooms on the quieter side of the building. Perfect for longer stays as the kitchen is well equipped for cooking and there’s a washer, dryer and drying rack. Close to a bus stop for Funchal city buses and the Airport bus. Day passes for the city buses can be bought at the Jornal e Companhia store in the Forum Shopping Centre. Jose met us at the apartment and showed us around and responded promptly to any queries we had.

Чистая большая аккуратная квартира. Хозяин встретил нас внизу у дома и заселил. Имеется подземный паркинг. За углом большой торговый центр, в котором расположен хороший супермаркет. Рядом много ресторанов и кафе. Квартира была великолепна: 2 санузла, 3 спальни, кухня, гостиная, великолепный балкон. Смело рекомендую для семейного отдыха.

Best choice - I sincerely recommend. Comfortable, clean and very nice apartment. Everything you need is on the equipment, washer, dryer, dishwasher.... Parking space in the garage. Fast wifi internet (very important for me at work). Ocean view, close to shopping center, car rentals. Everything you need. Most importantly, the owners themselves are very nice, helpful. Great neighborhood, the owner has a cafe under the apartment, where you can eat delicious breakfasts (English breakfest - yum), drink coffee or try Poncha :) . Jose and his wife are very nice and hospitable. We will definitely return, and in the meantime sincerely and highly recommend. Jose we sincerely greet you and hope in future to You visit us in Krakow someday :) Greetings and we already miss you.

Apartament z widokiem na ocean. Sypialnia cicha, bo nie od strony głównej ulicy. Prywatny parking w budynku. Blisko sklepów i restauracji. Winda w budynku. Sprawne Wi-Fi. Dużo ręczników. Pralka i zmywarka w mieszkaniu.

Hałas od strony głównej ulicy (dotyczy salonu przy otwartym oknie).

Restaurace v blízkosti. Parkování u apartmánu. Informace o výletech, stravování od pronajímatele.

Az apartman egy sorra van az óceántól, kb 8 perc sétára a legközelebbi strandtól. Közvetlen a Fórum Madeira nevű bevásárlóközpont mellett van, ahol nagy élelmiszerbolt és étkezdék is vannak. Nagy előny a saját parkoló. Az apartman tágas, 3 nagy szoba, két fürdőszoba+ mosókonyha. Mosógép, szárítógép és mosogatógép is van.

A nagyobb terasz, a nappali és a konyha az utcára néz, de ez nem hátrány vagy negatívum mert semmiben sem zavarja az ottlakókat. ( a szobák egy belső csendes udvarra néznek)
