Çalışan hanımefendi çok kibar ve ilgiliydi. Hostelin mimarisi ve iç dekorasyonuyla tam olarak Tiflis'i yansıtıyordu. Sıcak ve samimi bir ortam vardı ve son derece temizdi. Konumu çok iyiydi.
