The staff and even the security guard were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Very clean and quiet room. Very good shower.

Alcohol prohibition in the rom. Location is very isolated. Not a single good restaurant near the pier.

A simple but clean room, newly renovated bathroom, air conditioning and wifi worked well. The room is spacious enough, had a kettle and coffee/tea provided, everything was as expected and perfectly fine. Only stayed one night. Staff was polite and there's luggage storage available if you have some time after your check-out and before your ferry like us. Very convenient 5 min easy walk to the entrance of the passenger ferry terminal of Batangas. There are 2 convenience stores within a 3 min walk, including a 24h 7-eleven which also has an ATM. Would stay again.

The shower head in the bathroom was broken and sprayed water all over the tiles (there's no shower curtain). Th beds were much too soft for my taste but some folks will like that. The cash-only payment is something to be aware of and prepared for. It was noisy in the morning but it is to be expected (hotel is on a busy port road with lots of buses and jeepneys passing through). We were warned at check-in that any stains (coffee, lipstick...) on bedding or towels will be charged extra, which was weird, but we didn't have any issues at check-out (nor any stains).

A good working kettle and Nestcafe

The AC was so noisy that we couldn’t sleep even with ear plugs. It was like having a truck inside the room. There was no water in the building when we arrived. When we finally had it, the pressure in the bathroom was so low that it was not possible to get a shower. The employees wanted us to pay extra for a “stain” on the sheet when the mattress was the dirtiest thing I’ve seen during my trip in the Philippines.

Proximity to the port. Relatively peaceful stay. Staff are polite and kind.

Staff are no weew to find. I called reception at night and at morning but no answer. The Manager is very rude and no manner.

Convenient location in the port area. Bed was comfy. A/C, wi-fi and hot water worked well. Friendly staff.

There is not much in the area but there are small local shops and eateries, a 7-11 down the road. Just be prepared if you are looking for more services as this is more a local neighbourhood.

Nice staff, clean room, comfy bed. I think it was right by the pier. Staff gave us a kettle on request.
