Lovely room with everything we needed.

It was a longer walk to the main tourist attractions but nice to be further out in a quieter neighbourhood.

The property was clean, had all the amenities you could possibly need and the second floor terrace was a beautiful place to unwind and relax with a drink after a day of exploring. The hosts were welcoming, accomodating and went above and beyond during our stay including fresh towels every day.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like about the property, but I would recommend that if you are looking for somewhere very quiet or central to tourist areas this may not be the property for you. It is next to a billiards hall and can get quite loud during the night if you are a light sleeper.

Tout est nickel vraiment la chambre est super propre ils sont accueillants c'est vraiment super, rien à redire.

En revanche si vous voulez dormir après 8h ce n'est pas le bon homestay. En effet pas de volet pour fermer donc réveillé par la lumière du jour et une école a côté donc musique et bruit très fort des 7h. Dommage ...

Alojamiento limpio, con todo lo que necesitas. Buena relación calidad precio. El personal no habla inglés, pero te intentan ayudar con el traductor del móvil.

スタッフがとても親切で、丁寧。部屋も清潔で手入れが行き届いてた。ホテル自体が新しいのかもしれないが、設備も新品のような綺麗さだった。家具や備品はミニマルだがしっかりとした品質の物が揃えられていた。市街地から少し離れているが、水やコーラが市販価格と同じで部屋に提供されていてとても助かった（夜に出歩くには少し市街地から遠く、雨季なので夜はあまり外出できなかった。気兼ねなく部屋にある飲料を利用できるのはとても助かった。）インターネットも快適。キッチンもあるのでデリバリーで何かを頼んだ時に食器類を使えるのもとても便利。麺類をデリバリーしたら全てビニール袋に入っていて困ったが、キッチンの食器が利用できた。よく手入れされたバルコニーも素敵で、ウィンドチャイムの音色が心地良かった。手入れされた観葉植物も可愛らしかった。ホーチミンやダナンの喧騒に疲れていたので、今回のホテルは静かで落ち着くとても良い時間になった。女性のスタッフが英語が得意ではない様子だったが、翻訳アプリを使ってとても丁寧に対応してくれた。彼女の真摯な対応にとても感謝している。（彼女とのやり取りの後、”時間がかかって申し訳ない”と言われたが、丁寧に対応してくれて嬉しかった）。クレジットカードでの支払いの時、少しだけ時間がかかったが、スタッフが彼女の娘？に電話をして、私が分かりやすいように英語で説明してくれたので問題なく手続きできた。一度、大きい金額の紙幣を両替して欲しいとお願いしたら、わざわざ近隣の食料品店で買い物をして、少額の紙幣を用意してくれたて、とても感謝している。正直、ホーチミンであまり良い経験ができなかったので、フエの滞在も期待していなかったが、この素晴らしいホテルに泊まったことでフエでの滞在が良い思い出になった。私がベトナム語をまったく話すことができないので、この感謝をしっかりとホテルのスタッフに伝えられなかったのが心残り。機会があればまた泊まりたい。フエで落ち着いた滞在を希望するのであればこちらのホテルをお勧めする。

これは宿泊を控える理由にはならないが、ゴミ箱がバスルームにしかなかったのが少しだけ不便だった。それ以外は素晴らしいと感じた。

The room was exceptionally clean, and the property was equipped with everything you could possibly need. There was a beautiful view walking out of our room onto the rooftop terrace, where you can sit and relax.
