GBGBThe location was great, it is only a short drive from the Science Park. It was well supported by the owners, the on-site parking was great and the EV charging was very good, and reasonably priced. Landlord, very pleasant and eager to help sort any issues.
The heating was unreliable at the coldest time of the year but there was provision of an oil filled radiator that partially made up for the lack of heating. Bathroom hand basin inaccessible for brushing teeth, too small and shelf too low. Had to use kitchenet sink for this function. Shared Kitchen, the kitchen cupboard doors are loose don't fit properly and feel like they are going to fall off. The bedroom is very cramped there is very little room around the bed, access on one side only. Didn't use the TV as couldn't find the BBC or any recognisable standard UK channels. (I generally use my phone anyway, so no real loss here)
