GBLocation ideal, room clean, access ideal, EV charging great and sensible pricing. Shared kitchen clean and fully functional.
All rooms rather small, handbasin in bathroom too small for tooth brushing. Heating only worked one night and then not very well. Oil filled radiator made up for lack of functional heating. Kitchen cupboard doors miss fitting and colliding with each other.

Shower was mouldy in room and the towels were clean but grey and meant to be white. Can't watch telly very well from the bed and no normal channels as no signal.

Shower drain very slow, nearly overflowed. No heating in bathroom as the radiator was permanently off. Room heating was intermittent. No Instructions for thermostat so room was cold a lot of the time. However there was a good plugin electric radiator which compensated. TV not very good.
BEGBGBGreat location with free parking space. Spacious and clean. Good treat (tea bags).
Next to the main road, some noise of the traffic at night.
