Cold! Very cold in the room and the bathroom. No heater working. This is the second time I complain about this. No TV remote control in the room for the second time (more a feedback than a conplain tbh). Someone knock and yield at my door around 8:30pm for unknown reason and woke me up... not happy about it. Im sleeping here because it is usually quite and near my work..
