Wah Resort Gili Trawangan

Great location for snorkeling with turtles.

Rooms are unclean, floor and bathroom was filthy. Had stains on the mattress under the sheets. Strange atmosphere with the workers lounging outside our room most of the day. The pool water was green so we didn't use it. it This was an expensive stay for us and it was not value for money at all. Wouldn't recommend.

The location was good. Little bit quieter. Snorkeling side of the island. 10 min walk from port.

The pool was green and not swim able. Our room didn’t get serviced the whole 5 days. We had to ask for clean shower towels and bottle water. No room service. Breakfast was included in our room, this was set up on the beach, help yourself. From 7am till 11 am the food it’s in the glaring sun. We paid $660 for the 5 nights 🤦🏻‍♀️wasn’t worth it at all. A lot of the hotel was filled with Indonesia guests, band members.

Not clean at all. Swimming pool was unavailable. And pictures showed in the bookings did not match with the reality.

The wood bungalows are dark brown ( walls, ceiling and floor) and are very dark inside, they were surrounded by trash bags. the swimming pool was very green due to algae like an unmaintened pond. Breakfast buffet had 4 to 5 items - fried noodles, fried/scrambled eggs, fried sausage, bread. I found a huge "natgeo size " centipede in the brown wood floor which I could barely see due the dark room and requested to downgrade my room to smaller apartment ( which had white floor and walls ). Staff said they were fully booked and was not keen to downgrade me to the apartment and only did it after I showed them I still could book the apartment room in booking.com.

Very huge and clean and very quiet! Luckily know a friend here in front of the beach when chilling!

Just the construction noise is very loud in the morning wake me up!

Location directly across from beach. Very friendly and helpful staff.

No refrigerator in room. Unreliable hot water service.

The facilities are worn out so so badly, even the walls look run down with stains all over and paint chips. The bed is rock solid. I read a review about that but didn’t know it was that bad until I laid on it. One night was more than enough. Maybe the villas / bungalows are much better than the standard rooms
