Appartamento a Villa Rosa

Чудове місце, справжній флорентійський будинок! Підходить людям, що подорожують на авто. До Флоренції можна легко дістатися на авто, ми паркувались на парковці «Parcheggio Stazione Fortezza Fiera” - так було зручніше ніж громадським транспортом. Оплата парковки - не на шлагбаумі, як зазвичай, а всередині парковки в паркоматі, а потім на виїзді сканувати талон. Наша дитина підліток, яка не завжди хотіла гуляти містом, з задоволенням залишалася в аппартаментах, в компанії двох найдобріших собак (не дивлячись на їх розмір) і котиків, і господар завжди піклувався. Господар - дуже добрий і гостинний. Дякуємо! Ми б повернулися.

Gîte très bien équipé et climatisé. Présence d’un jardin. Très proche du train (station Compiobbi) pour se rendre à Florence. Simone est un hôte très accueillant et disponible

Be careful with low ceilings in bedroom

The house was absolutely fantastic! Everything about the house exceeded our expectations. A few key points to highlight: * Stunning Location: The house is perched on a mountaintop, offering breathtaking scenery. However, keep in mind that a car is practically essential for reaching the property. * Wonderful Host: Mr. Simone was incredibly helpful and kind. He even left out snacks and chocolates for my son, which was a lovely touch. * Modern Amenities: The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. * Nature Lover's Dream: If you're looking for a peaceful escape in nature, this is the perfect place to stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing getaway.

Everything! The location. The peacefulness. The quietness. The kindness of the host. Surreal little corner of paradise at 15-20min from Florence (by car)!

Nothing. It was perfect for us. But not necessarily for everyone: 1. If you don't have a car it may be a struggle. There's a train station at 10min walking distance...but it's a steep little country road. So. I wouldn't recommend it! 2. The ceiling of the mezzanine bedrooms is quite low: be mindful of your forehead!

It was a perfect place for our stay, with a very kind and hospitable owner. Quiet area, great apartment, fully equipped. Clean and spotless bathroom. Absolutely recommended!!

There is no such thing.

A very nice apartment in a villa near Firenze (15 minutes by car), equipped with everything necessary. You can park the car in the courtyard. Very nice host which lives next door in the same building. If you dont have a car, the villa is on a hill and it can be tricky to get around. All in all, a nice stay.

A bit of odd smell in the bathroom, but if you keep the window open it will fade away.

From the time I was in contact with Simone it has been nothing but pleasant! He was very prompt with any questions I had and was so very helpful at all times even when we were at the station and completely confused with which train and I just had to tell him and he got there in no time! What a host 🙏🏾 The place was just perfect even better than in the pictures! He made sure we had all the essentials like water, tea, coffee, sweets, biscuits, toast and fruits! Loved the atmosphere and surroundings and what made it even perfect was the two adorable fur babies! I will definitely go back! Thank you Simone!
