"Exceptional"

The apartment was fabulous, decorated with exceptional taste and has all the equipment that you'll need and more. It is located in the Tuscany countryside in a very quiet place, with a beautiful garden and great view. Very short drive to Florence. Our host Elisabetta was extremely warm and helpful, and our son spent a lot of time playing with her two nice dogs. We'll definitely return in Villa Rosa in our next trip in the area.

Absolutely amazing host and property. What a beautiful home, great location, friendly people and pets. Most of all, the beds were so so comfortable, which is a rarity in vacation rentals. The mattress not too soft (especially important for people with back pain). It is also quiet and calm (also important for light sleepers). The host makes sure you have everything you need and goes above and beyond for the guests. It is truly rare to find such an exceptional place and I will remember it for years to come when I think about Italy. I want to return just to stay here again. Grazie!

"Villa is more than perfect"

This is a perfect Villa. The villa is equipped with all we need, and the mountain view is memorable. Also, landlord cannot be better that he helped us a lot on picking us up from the nearby station. This is a perfect journey, I would like to live here for a whole month😊 Thank you so much for giving us memorable trip here.

"I lived in Tuscany for four years, but the two days at Villa Rosa will remain my favorite memories."

We enjoyed everything especially the view of the Arno Valley from the window and the train station being a 2 minute drive away. And my daughter wanted to take Jaguar and Zoe (the two dogs) home with us!!!

Having to go back home to Veneto after only two nights!!! How can life be so different only 2.5 hours' drive away!!! Planning to stay there again in the near future.
